While cleaning up the rooms in my house, i found a lot of items that are brand new and have just been sitting there forever. Several items such as perfume, expensive victoria’s secret collectible items, office supplies, two brand new verizon phones, ipods, articles of clothing, and the likes. In short, i am hoping to put them up online to make some extra moolah. Why not right? they’re just sitting there! besides, i spent way too much this pay period buying a new 42? plasma tv that i don’t really need but it would look so good above my fireplace. Have you cleared up your clutter lately?

I have been busy with preparing for an exam these past few weeks. And now since that is over, at least for now, i’ve been busy preparing for my housewarming party at the end of this month. So im currently cleaning the house, preparing to mail the invitations, updating my gift registries and such. We’re listed at crate and barrel and kohls. Funny thing with kohls is you can add almost anything to your list including pet items such as cat supplies and dog accessories lol Since all that is done, i just have to figure out what food to serve.

today, is a big milestone in our family. today, we acquired two new 8 week old members. one is black and one is sable, both labrador retrievers. We were just going to get one. but they were brother and sister. and they are both super cute!! DH and i cant really choose between them so in the end, decided to just get both of them. i know im going to regret this one day ^_^ lol

So DH and i went to target this afternoon to get some supplies for our new babies. And as expected, we went crazy. although i think we only got the basics, like food,treats,  bowls, training disposable diapers or pads, collars and leash, etc we still ended up spending $200. and we still need to get some stuff. this new little tykes are costing me money already!!!

My next exam is coming soon. So it’s time to whip out my books again and review. It’s pretty hard to get back into the groove of studying for an exam but i will definitely try. After all, my career and future depends on this. i just hope i have enough time. i mean, with work and everything that’s going on, i’d be lucky to find a spare time to open up my books and read. i guess i just need to learn to prioritize.

lately, i was advised to procure life insurance while we’re young. And since DH’s birthday is coming soon, i was told that the rates will go up after that. So i have been searching for life insurance rates. The average rate i found for $500k term life is $44 for 30 years. Not too bad, i think. But i only have a few more weeks to decide. I think $500k is more than enough if something ever happens to either of us.

My PC sounds like it’s got asthma or something, and that it’s dying soon. So naturally, i started to look for a replacement “just in case” haha And ofcourse, a tech lover such as me, want the best. and by being the best, i mean i want a new 24″ imac!  i just cant justify the price. I mean i can get a PC with the same specs for way less than that, with all the softwares i need included. Plus i have a very nice laptop that is rarely use. If anything, i probably just need to upgrade its memory. But i do want want want that imac.
