My next exam is coming soon. So it’s time to whip out my books again and review. It’s pretty hard to get back into the groove of studying for an exam but i will definitely try. After all, my career and future depends on this. i just hope i have enough time. i mean, with work and everything that’s going on, i’d be lucky to find a spare time to open up my books and read. i guess i just need to learn to prioritize.

lately, i was advised to procure life insurance while we’re young. And since DH’s birthday is coming soon, i was told that the rates will go up after that. So i have been searching for life insurance rates. The average rate i found for $500k term life is $44 for 30 years. Not too bad, i think. But i only have a few more weeks to decide. I think $500k is more than enough if something ever happens to either of us.

My PC sounds like it’s got asthma or something, and that it’s dying soon. So naturally, i started to look for a replacement “just in case” haha And ofcourse, a tech lover such as me, want the best. and by being the best, i mean i want a new 24″ imac!  i just cant justify the price. I mean i can get a PC with the same specs for way less than that, with all the softwares i need included. Plus i have a very nice laptop that is rarely use. If anything, i probably just need to upgrade its memory. But i do want want want that imac.

I have been thinking of other career options lately. Not that i dont like what im doing right now. it’s just i wanna know what other career paths are open for me just in case i get bored or burnt by what i’m currently doing. And im surprised to know that there are a couple of interesting prospects for me. One includes research and another, pharmaceutical companies, although i think im more inclined to do research instead.

If you know me, you’d know that i get bored real easy. And it’s very comforting to know that i have other choices in life, in line with my current career. i get

DH was just presented with an opportunity to transfer to maui or oahu. it sounds great. but we just bought our house. we’ve only lived here for what, three months? and considering the market right now, it’ll probably be so hard to sell it. although i do want to move there. i mean who wouldnt? it’s hawaii!

uh-huh we are planning our next travel, yet again. it does feel like it’s a bit too soon. but not really. i LOVE travelling. absolutely love it. Why chicago? well a friend lives there and i’ve always wanted to see it. Chicago or Colorado were my choices. I figured Colorado is closer so we can always go there next time. So im currently scouring the net for our upcoming Chicago travel. I’m so excited!
